Bark & Whine Ball
Location: San Francisco Gift Center Pavilion, 888 Brannan St., San Francisco. Join the SF/SPCA and CLAW for this annual black-tie event. Where else can you dance with your favorite pooch and still be considered socially acceptable? At the Bark & Whine Ball, of course. In a city that prides itself on unconventional behavior, this is still the one and only party of its kind in town. The annual Ball features a cocktail buffet by McCall Associates, a hosted bar by Smirnoff, a silent auction, and the opportunity for well-behaved owners to woof it up dancing. Dog walkers and photographers are on hand to entertain human and canine guests alike.
